In Cambodian culture, honoring ancestors through the use of Buddhist icongraphy have been an important part in rebuilding after the genocide. Many of these traditions have been fragmented due to how many people have died during that time.

This piece was made using dog toys that were so chewed up by dogs they became singular threads.
